Description
When I was was senior in high school, my stepfather had a medical emergency and I always wanted to be able to do more to help him-- this started my interest in medicine. Being a physician provides me the opportunity to help others and to build strong relationships with people. I have now been practicing Family Medicine for over 25 years. I enjoy getting to know patients and their families and working together with patients to help them achieve their health goals. I have a special interest in working with older adults. When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and being outdoors and hiking.
